From the the inaugural post:
the blog is going to be one of the “third places” for the site. This will be a place where I, and a select few, will make our thoughts about the site and the community known. If there’s a feature I’m working on, then I’ll talk about it (and I might talk about very technical aspects of it, but it will be categorized in such a way that you can easily pass it over). If there’s something going on in the fighting game community that we have an opinion on, then we might write something about it if we’re so inclined.
No matter what, this blog will always publish content that is either 1) directly related to the site, whether it be about the community, its policies, development, or technological development, etc. or 2) something directly related to the fighting game community.
